Transactions on Additive Manufacturing Meets Medicine welcomes original scientific manuscripts within the journal's Aims & Scope throughout the year. Submission to the regular journal is independent of participation in the AMMM Conference.
Manuscripts submitted to the regular journal must present original work that has not been published previously and is not simultaneously under consideration for publication elsewhere. Previous presentation of preliminary findings at a scientific conference does not preclude submission of a substantially developed full-length manuscript, provided that any previous publication is appropriately disclosed and cited and that the submitted manuscript represents a substantial scientific extension.
Following an initial editorial screening, suitable manuscripts are assigned to a handling editor and undergo single-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.
Acceptance of an abstract for presentation at the AMMM Conference has no influence on the editorial evaluation of a manuscript submitted to the regular journal.
